Customers must take reasonable care of any equipment provided by Sharplink and must not intentionally damage, modify, sell, transfer, lease, pledge, or otherwise dispose of equipment that remains the property of Sharplink.

Upon termination or cancellation of a service where the equipment is owned by Sharplink, the customer may be required to return the equipment and its applicable accessories in reasonable working condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
